Hi, I’m
Fiona O’Neil
Founder of The Fertility Framework.
I didn’t arrive here by accident. I built The Fertility Framework because it was desperately needed — for people like me who have walked this path and know how brutal it can be.
My own fertility journey spanned more than 15 years, including endometriosis, an ectopic pregnancy, ten rounds of IVF, egg and sperm donation, miscarriage, and ultimately becoming a mother through embryo donation. Each chapter carried its own heartbreak and hope — and gave me a deep understanding of what this road truly demands.
Before this, I worked in the corporate fashion industry, where I saw firsthand how little space there was for people navigating fertility in high-pressure workplaces. That gap — both emotional and systemic — became impossible to ignore.
Today, I support individuals and organisations through trauma-informed fertility consulting, workplace training, public speaking, and as host of The Fertility Framework Podcast — bringing structure, language, and practical frameworks to a journey that so often feels chaotic and isolating.
That’s why I created The Fertility Framework: a place where no one has to navigate this alone.
What I Offer
One-on-One Fertility Consulting — personalised support wherever you are in your journey, from cycle tracking to IVF decision-making, navigating donors, or making sense of setbacks.
Corporate Training & Consulting — working with organisations to create policies and environments that actually support employees going through fertility treatment, pregnancy loss, or family building.
Public Speaking & Thought Leadership — delivering keynote talks, seminars, and panel discussions on trauma-informed fertility support, emotional preparation for IVF, identity shifts across treatment, embryo donation parenthood, and reproductive wellbeing in the workplace. Each session combines lived experience with structured frameworks and practical tools that audiences can immediately apply.
And because fertility is never just medical, it’s deeply emotional, I’m proud to have my sister, Rachel Johns, as Fertility Framework’s in-house psychotherapist. Rachel offers one-on-one psychotherapy for those who need a safe space to process the emotional toll of fertility challenges.
Together, we provide lived experience, professional therapeutic care, compassionate support, and actionable strategies, so you can move forward with more clarity, more understanding, fewer regrets, and the strength to navigate your path to parenthood on your own terms.
Because this journey is heavy,
but you don’t have to carry it alone.
